Bhutte ki Kees
Also known as Bhutte ki Khichdi, it’s a unique recipe that you can have as snack or as main course. Very easy, quick and nutritious. Enjoy Monsoon with warm bowl of Kees.
Ingredients :
2 shredded Corn Cob
1-2 tsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
Chopped Green Chillies
Few Curry Leaves
1 tsp finely chopped Ginger
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1.5 cup Milk
Salt as per taste
Freshly chopped Coriander
Freshly grated Coconut
Method :
Shred 2 Corn cobs and keep aside
Heat 1-2 tsp Butter
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
Add finely chopped Green Chillies
Add few Curry Leaves
Add 1 tsp finely chopped Ginger
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Add shredded Corn, keep stirring and cook for 5-7 min
Further add 1.5 cup Milk and mix it
Cook for 2-3 boils
Add Salt as per taste
Add freshly chopped Coriander
Add freshly grated Coconut
Mix it and take it in a serving bowl
Garnish with Coriander & grated Coconut
Enjoy Delicious Bhutte ki Kees.
